What is an EICR and how often do I need one?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) checks the safety of your fixed wiring. Private rented homes require a report every 5 years. For homeowners, we recommend every 10 years or upon purchasing a new property.
Do you notify Building Control?
Yes. As NICEIC Approved Contractors, we self-certify our work and handle the Part P notification to Building Control on your behalf, saving you time and fees.
What areas do you cover?

Can you work in listed buildings?
